The procurement process for the project included both direct and limited procurement proceedures.
For some equipment, such as protective coveralls, personal protective suits, and half masks with filters, a direct procurement method was used, allowing Nordisk Sikkerhet to purchase directly from manufacturers. This ensured cost efficiency and timely delivery.
For other items, including gas masks, overboots, and gloves, a limited approach was applied. Multiple offers were solicited, and suppliers were selected based on price, quality, and SBGS requirements.
- Nordisk Sikkerhet AS - project implementer;
- Administration of State Border Guard Service (SBGS) of Ukraine - beneficiary/project partner;
- Norwegian Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (DSA) - project donor, assistance with project registration as international technical assistance;
